Membership roles vs subscriptions

  • Currently the database keeps track of both a membership's role (admin, member, guest) and a subscription (newsletter, none, full)?
  • Should we use the positions to specify roles (such as the admin role) and if so does taht mean there are only 2 roles?
  • How many subscription settings should there be? (recieve all updates, recieve only monthly newsletters, don't recieve emails)
