When users want to find a group, they can search for it based on certain details, they can view the category tree, or they can view the group heirarchy tree
We need someone to sketch out how this page should look like and what links/buttons/inputs should be available to the user on this page. In addition how information is organized and presented is helpful. Feel free to do research and comparisons on other websites.
If you want you can use http://gomockingbird.com/ or just sketch it by hand or in mspaint. Quality is not important.
